JOLIET, IL - A 25-year-old man was arrested by Joliet Police officers on charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Joliet Police reports show that Marvin Julian McCoy was arrested around 2:20 p.m. on Friday at his residence. Police were called to the 1700 block of Caton Ridge Drive, a Plainfield mailing address, for a domestic disturbance at the defendant's residence.
