He Pulled Into His Driveway Looking To Fight, He Left With DUI: JPD
Family members wanted Victorino Cayetano-Ramos, age 39, to leave after he threatened to fight them, Joliet police said.

JOLIET, IL — A 39-year-old Joliet man is back in Will County's Jail after Joliet police arrested him on three counts of aggravated DUI and one count of DUI, plus his two Will County arrest warrants.
The latest arrest for Victorino Cayetano-Ramos happened Friday night outside his house in the 200 block of Bartleson Street, where Joliet police were called for a disturbance.
Around 7 p.m., Joliet police saw a Ford Expedition in the driveway and Cayetano in the driver’s seat. He began to back into the street, and when officers ordered him to stop, he complied.

Officers learned that Cayetano had recently arrived in the vehicle, and family members wanted him to leave after he threatened to fight them.
At the scene, Joliet police said Cayetano exhibited behaviors consistent with alcohol impairment. After Cayetano tried to perform field sobriety tests, he was placed into custody.

His two active Will County arrest warrants are for failing to appear in court on previous charges of domestic battery and leaving the scene of an accident.
Cayetano-Ramos was also cited for driving while license revoked and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. For Cayetano, this marks his third straight year of being in the Will County Jail and his fourth time since 2016.
