JOLIET, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can know for sure with a health inspection report.
The Will County Health Department visited Hot Pan Noodles and Dumplings April 20 for a routine inspection. The restaurant received a sanitation score of 93. There were no critical violations that needed to be corrected immediately. Some of the minor items out of compliance were:
- Food refrigerated in Coca-Cola cooler.
- Gasket torn on Snapple cooler.
- Ceiling tiles in disrepair.
- Food container unlabeled (exterior soiled).
