Health Inspection Report: Juliet's

Is it clean enough for you?

JOLIET, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can know for sure with a health inspection report.

The Will County Health Department visited Juliet’s March 4 for a routine inspection. The restaurant received a sanitation score of 84 and a corrected score of 89 once immediate fixes were made.

  • Ice bin uncovered
  • Walk-in cooler floor soiled.
  • No paper towels at kitchen hand sink.
  • Leak at hand sink faucet.

The WCHD visited Juliet’s again Sept. 22. Although no sanitation score was given, the health department recommended providing soap at the hand sink and keeping temperature logs.
