JOLIET, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can know for sure with a health inspection report.
The Will County Health Department visited Tin Roof Aug. 17 for a routine inspection. No sanitation score was given, but the form indicated improvement was needed.
While the restaurant was mostly in compliance, the inspection report said proper hand washing was not conducted, but was corrected on site. The report also said that food temperatures are monitored, but not recorded. The WCHD noted that there was no soap at a handsink.
