Healthy Kids Day at the Y
Includes a health and wellness expo with more than 30 community vendors, giveaways, deals and more.
On Saturday, April 25, the Galowich Family YMCA (749 Houbolt Road) is holding a free community event to inspire more kids to keep their minds and bodies active. Healthy Kids Day, the Y’s national initiative to improve health and well-being for kids and families, features activities such as games, giveaways, sports and fitness demonstrations and more to motivate and teach families how to develop a healthy routine at home.
Includes:
- A health and wellness expo with more than 30 community vendors
- Sports, fitness and martial arts demonstrations
- A blood drive courtesy of the Heartland Blood Center
