Hockey teams claims their second consecutive Cougar Cup

The Hillmen Hockey Club won game 2 of the Brother Rice best of three series (4-3) to reclaim the Cougar Cup as champions of the IHSHL Suburban Division.
Two goals were scored by Matt Romano (Yorkville) including what proved to be the game winner in the third period.

Goals were also scored by Alex Jackson (Minooka) and an absolute beauty by Billy Conti (JCA) to break the 2-2 tie early in the third period.
Assists were tallied by Jared Hippman (JCA), Thomas Ambrosia (JCA), Tyler Post (Morris) and Billy Conti (JCA). Senior Sonjia Shelly (Coal City) was again phenomenal in net, recording 27 saves.
