Historic Buildings & Structures of the St. John's Neighborhood
Historic Joliet Presentation at the Joliet Area Historical Museum on May 11th

The historic St. John’s Neighborhood is one of the City’s earliest areas of settlement and is known for its evolving ethnic diversity as well as its association with Joliet’s limestone quarrying and brewing industries.
Today, the neighborhood boasts an impressive collection of architectural styles and building types from the City’s earliest periods of growth to the present. Join Architectural Historian Erica Ruggiero and Joliet City Planner Jayne Bernhard as they lead you through the evolution of this neighborhood and discuss the buildings and structures that represent the City’s unique ethnic and industrial heritage.
Wednesday, May 11th at 6:30pm at the Joliet Area Historical Museum located at 204 N. Ottawa St. in downtown Joliet. ADMISSION IS FREE.
