Ms. Israeio Holloway is the Founder/CEO of Hope and Divine Purpose Transitional Living Home, Inc.
At the age of 22, Israeio became a victim of Domestic Violence. She had experienced firsthand the effects of being verbally, physically and psychologically abused. She had lost her identity. Her self-esteem so broken she sunk into major depression. Yet, she was determined to get her life back. Once she found the courage to release herself from her abuser she vowed to never allow herself to become a victim again. It was then she decided it was time to be effective and use her traumatic experience as a testimony to uplift and revive other women. Israeio progressed through her pain and now has over 15 years experience in the social services and education field combined.
She obtained an Associates of Science in Psychology from Ashworth College. She is listed on the Illinois State Board Of Education with a Para-Educator Assistant Teacher License with an Endorsement in Special Education. She also has an ECE(Early Childhood Education) Credential Level I from The Illinois Department Of Human Services Bureau Of Child Care And Development.
In 2015, She formed Hope and Divine Purpose Transitional Living Home, Inc a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that advocates for young women ages 16-22 who were victims or survivors of Human Trafficking/Exploitation and Homelessness. Since being incorporated she has become a Board Member of The Southland Human Services Leadership Council. An organizational member of the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless, The Will County Childrens Advocacy Center: Will End Exploitation Coalition (WEEC) and recently became a member on the Kankakee Human Trafficking Task Force. Hope and Divine Purpose Transitional Living Home, Inc mission is to raise awareness about predators who solicit individuals who display risk factors including psychological or emotional vulnerability, economic hardship, or lack of a social safety net(dysfunctional familial living arrangements/homeless, or no family support system). These risk factors enable a predator to control and disconnect the victim from anyone that is beneficial to their well-being.
Hope and Divine Purpose Transitional Living Home, Inc goal is to promote pro-social relationships, enhance confidence and reassert HOPE in the future through the Collaborative Model To Individual Empowerment Rescue Program. An empowerment program including a variation of services implemented to assist in the growth and development of successful empowered self-sufficient women within a residential community setting. Israeio believes in order to move forward in the process of healing you need to forgive. It is a form of release. Your suffering isn't in vain and your endurance during unforeseen circumstances is a testimony to inspire others. The outcome produces undeniable strength. Further confirming that HOPE is the seed to healing and in order to bring healing, we must attest that with Hope and Determination you can triumph over any obstacle. Holloway is currently funding HDP all expenses and it's residential property development intending to open Spring 2018 completely out of her own pocket. Holloway is also an upcoming author of Body Safety For Children: No Secrets an interactive discussion book for parents on how to appropriately speak with their children about body safety/body boundaries to prevent sexual exploitation. Body Safety For Children: No Secrets is expected to be published early 2018.
