I.E. Students Participated in Community Service Elective
In addition to core academic programs, a variety of class electives are offered to students in the Individual Education (I.E.) Program at Hufford Junior High School.
Over 20 students signed up for the Community Service elective course in the I.E. Program at Hufford Junior High. The students researched local needs in the community and organized a food and sock drive at the school. The students collected enough food to fill four micro panties in the Joliet area and over 100 pairs of socks to donate to the MorningStar Mission.
"I am so proud of these students for taking the initiative to help out the community and appreciate Mrs. Neill's leadership." said Hufford Junior High School Principal Kyle Sartain.
