Motorcyclist, 64, Dies In Crash At Joliet's I-80 Exit Ramp
Illinois State Police said Wednesday's fatal wreck happened at 11:12 a.m. The motorcyclist crashed into the back of the semi-trailer.

JOLIET, IL — A 64-year-old man driving a motorcycle died late Wednesday morning after he crashed into a semi-trailer stopped in traffic at the Joliet exit ramp from Interstate 80 for Route 53 southbound, which is South Chicago Street.
The Illinois State Police said Wednesday's deadly wreck happened at 11:12 a.m. The Will County Coroner's Office identified the fatality victim as Windom, Minnesota resident Jerry White.
According to police, the motorcycle was traveling in the same direction as the semi-trailer, and the motorcyclist hit the rear of the semi-trailer.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at a local hospital, authorities said. The identity of the crash victim has not been released by officials.
Joliet Fire Chief Greg Blaskey said the victim was rushed by a Station 6 ambulance to the Ascension Saint Joseph Medical Center where he died.
