Illegal Videotaping, Arrest Warrant Obtained By Joliet Police

JOLIET, IL — Will County Judge Ben Braun has issued an arrest warrant for a 56-year-old Plainfield-area man facing three felony charges of unauthorized video recording. The judge has set bail at $500,000 for Cristian H. Morales upon his capture by the Joliet Police Department.

Morales is accused of making a video or transmitting a live video of a minor on Dec. 11 without the minor's consent, inside the victim's residence, according to the criminal complaint.

Morales lives in the 2300 block of Cedar Ridge Drive off Caton Farm Road, in Joliet, near Plainfield.
