Justeen Negray, 25, was stopped by Joliet police in the parking lot of Culver's at 1500 Route 59 and identified as the driver.

JOLIET, IL — A 25-year-old motorist with cocaine, heroin and drug paraphernalia inside of her automobile is now in the Will County Jail following Thursday's felony DUI arrest, according to Joliet police.
Justeen Negray of Streator was hauled away from the Culver's restaurant parking lot on Route 59 in handcuffs, and delivered to the Will County Jail in downtown Joliet. She's being charged with aggravated DUI, DUI-drugs, possession of controlled substances and she had an arrest warrant out of Cook County for a shoplifting incident.
Around 12:35 a.m. Joliet police were sent to the Smoke's Vape Shop at 1532 Route 59 after learning of an erratic driver. The young woman from Streator pulled over in the Culver's parking lot next door and Negray "exhibited behaviors consistent with drug impairment," Joliet police reports show.
