Jitters Celebrates 15 Years In Downtown Joliet With Raffle
All customers through Thursday will have a chance to win a free beverage of their choice for an entire year.

JOLIET, IL — This week marks a special milestone for one of downtown Joliet's more popular businesses. The Jitters Coffee House at 178 North Chicago St. is celebrating its 15th anniversary of business. Every customer between now and Thursday will get one raffle ticket to enter the grand prize drawing.
The winner will be drawn on Friday. What's the big prize? A free beverage of your choice for an entire year.
"Fifteen years! Fifteen years!" one of the Jitters staff informed a group of breakfast customers on Monday morning around 10:30 a.m.

Jitters opened in September 2004 inside a brick building that dates back to 1869.
It's always been run by the Duffy family. Besides their coffee, Jitters is a popular destination for breakfast sandwiches, deli sandwiches, for its soups, salads and desserts.

The restaurant is always busy for lunch.
Jitters is also having menu specials every day this week to mark its 15th anniversary. Jitters will be serving an anniversary cake on Thursday.
"The whole downtown has come a long way," Gina Duffy told Patch on Monday morning. "We're very grateful. We love our college students and all the people who work downtown here."
