Job Corps Security Guard Faces Public Indecency Charge
The criminal defendant lives outside of Will County.
JOLIET, IL - A Joliet Job Corps security guard was arrested last weekend after Joliet Police he exposed himself to a woman who was at the facility for a job training program. Joliet Police officers responded to Mills Road and they took away 28-year-old Antonio Hopkins of Dolton away in handcuffs. Hopkins was charged with public indecency.
Shortly before 11 p.m., according to Joliet Police, officers were called to the Joliet Job Corps facility at 1101 Mills Road regarding "an employee exposing himself to trainees." The property is the location for the old Joliet East High School campus.
According to police, "Hopkins, a security guard for Joliet Job Corps at the time, had a trainee come into the security office with him. Once in the office, Hopkins propositioned the trainee if she wanted to have sex for money while exposing his genitalia. The trainee declined and left the office. Officers were notified and Hopkins was arrested for the above listed offense," police reports show.

Hopkins was not taken to the Will County Jail. He was released from the Joliet Police Station on an I-Bond, reports indicate.
