Joliet Blotter: Drugs, DUI, Domestic Battery Arrests

May 19

Tristan Caldwell, 30, of the 300 block of Ottawa Street, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of domestic battery, police said.

Donald Coleman, 25, of the 100 block of Wilcox, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of damaging property, according to jail records.

Horacio Estrada-Perez, 33, of the 1200 block of Gage, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of domestic battery, police said.

Willard Lesley, 25, of the 300 block of Hughes, Lockport, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of manufacture/delivery of 2.5-10 grams of cannabis and possession of narcotics, jail records said.

Emmanuel Navarro-Garcia, 26, of the 300 block of Titsworth Court, Aurora, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of aggravated DUI, driving without a license, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and illegal transportation of alcohol, jail records said.

May 20

Tabitha Phelps, 37, of the 3000 block of West 63rd Street, Chicago, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on parole violation charges, police said.

Kristina Carmen, 35, of the 200 block of Mary Street, Coal City, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of retail theft, according to jail records.

May 21

Amber Lee, 31, of the 200 block of Hickory Street, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on a charge of domestic battery, police said.

Isaac Norfleet, 39, of the 100 block of Arch, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of possession of cannabis (30-500 grams) and driving on a suspended license, police said.

May 22

Elbe Johnson, 64, of the 400 block of Ontario, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on a charge of domestic battery, police said.
