Joliet Central to host a night for Incoming Freshman

The event provides 8th grade students and parents with important information regarding registration, testing, athletics, activities and more

Joliet Central High School will host its annual Steelmen Academy Showcase for incoming freshmen and current Joliet Central students on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Joliet Central High School, 201 E. Jefferson Street in Joliet.

This program will include an information session for incoming students and their parents/guardians in the auditorium at 6:00 pm. Following this presentation, parents are encouraged to tour the school and speak with current students, teachers, and counselors about elective courses, athletics, and activities. There will be student performances and entertainment provided by Central’s various choirs, orchestra, symphonic band, and Guitar Club.
