Joliet Central Student Athletes Sign Letters of Intent
Athletes were honored on May 16 at a special ceremony recognizing the intent to continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level.

Nine Joliet Central High School student athletes were honored on May 16 at a special ceremony recognizing the intent to continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level.
Joliet Central Athletic Director Steve Locke and JCHS coaches were present to introduce and recognize the student athletes.
“These students are not only dedicated to their sports, but to their education as well. I am very proud of each and every one of them for deciding to pursue their athletic careers in college,” Locke said.

Students who signed letters of intent at the ceremony include: Giovanni Vivas, Joliet Junior College- Mens Soccer; Hana Cromer, Prairie State College-Womens Volleyball; Genesis Meyers, Lewis University- Cheerleading; Jose Aguilera, North Iowa Area Community College- Mens Cross Country; Kathia Arredondo, University of St. Francis-Womens Soccer; Milena Singletary, Fort Lewis College- Womens Golf; Tommie Sherman, Concordia University Wisconsin- Football; Michael Robinson, Concordia University Wisconsin- Football; and Matthew Key, Concordia University Wisconsin- Football.
