Joliet City Hall Announces Reopening
The city of Joliet has kept City Hall off limits to the residents since March because of the new coronavirus outbreak.

JOLIET, IL — Residents of Joliet have been unable to have face-to-face interactions with their public officials at Joliet's City Hall during these past few months because of the pandemic, but that's about to change. City Hall will open to the community starting Monday, June 1.
The city said that special hours for the elderly and the immune compromised will be provided from 8 to 9 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Joliet's Customer Service department is available for payments and real estate transactions without an appointment but visits to City Hall for other business must be through an appointment made directly with the specific department such as Community Development and Public Works.
