Joliet Man, 29, With Child Porn Arrested: Illinois State Police
Illinois State Police made Wednesday's arrest in Joliet and bail has been set at $250,000 for Bernard Kelly.
JOLIET, IL — A 29-year-old Joliet who lives in the 1300 block of Copperfield Avenue remains in the Will County Jail facing a $250,000 bail following Wednesday's child pornography arrest by Illinois State Police.
Bernard Kelly faces three counts of child pornography possession.
Following an extensive investigation, Illinois State Police investigators raided the house in the 1300 block of Copperfield Avenue and files containing child pornography were on an electronic device belonging to Kelly, police announced in a press release.
