Joliet Man Dies In Midland Avenue Wreck

The Will County Coroner's Office identified Monday's crash victim as being a 79-year-old Joliet man.

JOLIET, IL — A 79-year-old Joliet man was killed Monday afternoon after his car veered off Midland Avenue and struck an object, according to the Will County Coroner's Office. Authorities said Kenneth Jenco was taken by ambulance to the nearby AMITA Health Saint Joseph Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Jenco died from multiple injuries in the crash along the 400 block of Midland Avenue, authorities said.

Joliet's Police Department is still investigating the details of Monday's fatal crash, the coroner's office said.
