Joliet Man Dies In Motorcycle Wreck: Coroner

JOLIET, IL — A 32-year-old Joliet man lost his life on Sunday afternoon as a result of a motorcycle crash on the city's east side, the Will County Coroner's Office announced. The fatality occurred at the intersection of Briggs Street and Washington Street, and the victim was later pronounced dead at Silver Cross Hospital's emergency room.

Authorities identified the fatality victim as Jose Nieto of Joliet. His motorcycle collided with another vehicle; the Joliet Police Department is now investigating the circumstances of the wreck, coroner's officials indicated.
