Joliet Man Faces 4 Sexual Abuse Charges: Arrest Warrant
Joliet police have obtained a warrant to arrest Eduardo Munoz-Garcia. He's 38 and resides in the 1200 block of North Broadway Street.
JOLIET, IL — The Will County State's Attorney's Office has filed four felony charges against a 38-year-old resident of Joliet's Broadway Street in connection with allegations he sexually abused a woman by the use of force or threat of force.
According to the criminal complaint, Eduardo Munoz-Garcia, who lives in the 1200 block of North Broadway, has been charged with two counts of criminal sexual assault and two counts of criminal sexual abuse.
The Joliet police detective's complaint states that Munoz-Garcia committed the sexual assaults on June 25-26, 2021. Court records reflect that Munoz-Garcia "knew that (the victim) was unable to give knowing consent."

As of Thursday, Munoz-Garcia name, charges and residential address were listed on the Sheriff's Office's Will County Warrants website, however, the agency does not have a mugshot available to show what Munoz-Garcia looks like.
