Joliet Man Killed In New Lenox Township Crash
A 66-year-old Joliet man was killed Monday after his motorcycle and an SUV collided at Cooper and Francis roads.

NEW LENOX, IL — A crash at Cooper and Francis roads in New Lenox Township took the life of a Joliet man Monday afternoon. A 66-year-old man from Joliet was killed after his motorcycle collided with the back of an SUV just before 3 p.m., according to a report from The Herald-News. The man was not named in the initial report pending the notification of a next of kin.
Authorities have said that a New Lenox woman driving a Ford Exhibition crossed her vehicle from northbound Cooper to westbound Francis. The motorcycle hit the back of the SUV.
The man was pronounced dead after he was taken to Silver Cross Hospital.
