Joliet Man Threatens To Shoot Woman: Complaint
The 33-year-old Joliet defendant now faces three criminal charges.

JOLIET, IL — A 33-year-old Joliet man remains in Will County custody after Joliet police say he pulled out a gun and threatened to shoot a Joliet woman with it.
Officers put Levertis Logan in handcuffs early Monday evening, and Logan remains in the county jail unable to post 10 percent of his $100,000 bail.
The Will County State's Attorney's Office of Jim Glasgow has charged Logan, who lives in the 1000 block of Gerald Drive, with unlawful use of a weapon by a convicted felon, defacing the identification marks of a gun and aggravated assault.

According to the criminal complaint, Logan pulled out a black 9mm Ruger on March 30 and threatened to shoot a woman with it, "thereby placing (her) in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery."
The second charge indicates Logan was previously convicted of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon in Cook County, in 2008.
