Joliet Man In Wrong Seat At Rialto Theater's Chris Isaak Concert Arrested, Criminal Charge Filed By Glasgow
Over the course of his 40-year career, platinum-selling and Grammy-nominated singer and actor Chris Isaak has performed to sold-out crowds.

JOLIET, IL — The Will County State's Attorney's Office of Jim Glasgow has moved forward with criminal trespass charges against a 36-year-old Joliet man who attended the Dec. 12 Chris Isaak concert inside the world-famous Rialto Square Theatre in downtown Joliet.
According to the Joliet police arrest report, at 8:16 p.m. Dec. 12, officers working a special assignment for a concert at the Rialto Square Theatre noticed a man causing a disturbance near the stage area by yelling obscenities at another concertgoer. He was later identified as Max Gorcowski, 36, of Joliet.
Joliet police spokesman Dwayne English said Gorcowski was seated in the wrong location, which was confirmed by his ticket.

"Despite repeated requests by Rialto security to move to his assigned seat or leave the venue, Gorcowski refused to comply and continued to behave in a disruptive manner," English announced. "Officers issued multiple commands for him to stand up and exit the theater before he ultimately complied. He was then escorted out of the venue and placed into custody."
On the night of the concert, Joliet police arrested Gorcowski on suspicion of criminal trespass to real property and obstructing a peace officer. He was processed at the Joliet Police Department and released on a notice to appear, the arrest report noted. The criminal charges were just filed against him last week at the Will County Courthouse by the State's Attorney's Office.
