Joliet Park District Has Replacement For Traditions: Report

JOLIET, IL - True to its word, Joliet Park District officials said they wanted to find a new restaurant tenant at the Inwood Athletic Center to replace Traditions before October. This week, officials began negotiations with the Dock Rotz Tavern to move into the empty space, according to an article by reporter Bob Okon of The Joliet Herald-News print newspaper.

Traditions operated at Inwood for the past 10 years, but both sides agreed to part ways after the current lease expired this summer, the Joliet Park District's executive director previously told the Joliet Patch.

Dock Rotz has been around Minooka for the past five years, the paper reported. It is located on South Ridge Road.
