Joliet PD: DUI No. 4 For Intoxicated Motorist On Route 6
Joliet police were sent to the 3000 block of Channahon Road for a report of a driver possibly impaired by alcohol.

JOLIET, IL — A 53-year-old man from Bolingbrook was taken into custody by Joliet police late Tuesday night in connection with his fourth drunken driving arrest, authorities said.
Officers drove Enrique Rivera to the Will County Jail, where he was booked into custody on charges of aggravated DUI.
Around 11:30 p.m., overnight patrol officers were sent to the 3000 block of Channahon Road, which is Route 6, for a report of a driver impaired by alcohol.

Upon checking the area, officers spotted Rivera inside his vehicle in the parking lot of Ecolab, which is 3001 Channahon Road.
"Rivera advised that he had been drinking, and he refused to conduct field sobriety tests," Joliet police spokesman Dwayne English announced.

He said Rivera was placed into custody without any problems and that "Rivera had been arrested three prior times for DUI."
Additional information about Rivera's bail was unavailable Thursday morning because the Will County Sheriff's Office website for jail inmates was down.
