Joliet Police Arrest For Man In His 70s 'Yelling Loudly And Making Accusations' Inside Police Station
He was ultimately taken into custody without further incident, English revealed.

JOLIET, IL — It does not happen very often, in fact, it rarely happens at all, but this week the Joliet Police Department arrested someone who was actually vising the police station at 150 Washington Street.
According to police spokesman Dwayne English, at 11:13 a.m. on Wednesday, the officers responded to the front desk of the Joliet Police Department for a welfare check involving a man acting erratically inside the lobby. Upon arrival, officers encountered the man, identified as 70-year-old Theodore Noesges of Joliet, yelling loudly and making accusations toward others inside the building, English pointed out.
He said the officers tried to escort Noesges from the property, at which time he allegedly kicked an officer in the chest. Officers then attempted to place Noesges into custody, and he allegedly resisted by tensing his body and attempting to pull away from officers. He was ultimately taken into custody without further incident, English revealed.
