JOLIET, IL — The Joliet-based Arkas Restaurant Group said it is excited to announce our roster of elegant evenings at the historic downtown Joliet Renaissance Center, through the end of 2023.

Arkas is led by Bill Dimitroulas, who is the owner of CUT 158 Steakhouse, Juliet's Tavern, Hamburgerseria and the Rosemary Cafe, all in Joliet.
