Joliet's Most Dangerous Intersections In 2021

JOLIET, IL — A Joliet Patch analysis of traffic collisions across the entire city of Joliet shows that two intersections on the city's far west side led the pack in terms of crashes for last year.

In 2021, the intersection of Route 59 and Caton Farm Road had a total of 37 vehicles, according to data kept by the Joliet Police Department.

Coming in with the second-highest total of vehicle crashes was the intersection of Theodore Street and Route 59, with 35 collisions.
