Joliet's Renaissance Man Brings 'Shamrockin’ Good Time' To Rialto
We're going to have 30 musicians and singers, Irish dancers, pipers, a youth choir, and more, Tim Placher proclaimed.

JOLIET, IL — Joliet's Renaissance man Tim Placher and his ensemble of talented musicians returns to the Rialto Square Theatre stage at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 18, for "A Shamrockin’ Good Time."
A Joliet native and music teacher, Placher brings his third showcase of local talent to the Rialto. While the group’s previous shows featured beloved rock songs, “A Shamrockin’ Good Time” celebrates St. Patrick’s Day and will include the best in both traditional and contemporary Irish music.
“We’re all excited to be returning to the Rialto and grateful to be part of this wonderful event,” Placher said. “We’re going to have 30 musicians and singers, Irish dancers, pipers, a youth choir, and more."
