Joliet Central High School Alumni Aaron Sain is using his talents in culinary arts and trades to create a multifaceted brand for himself as a private/celebrity chef and lifestyle coach. Sain, the owner of Insainly Fit Meals, preps nutritional meals for his clients to reach their body transformation goals and instill healthy lifestyle habits. He is currently working with rapper Nick Cannon as his personal trainer and chef. Aaron also has a working relationship with American Idol contestant and winner, Fantasia Barrino-Taylor, and her husband, Kendall.
Sain attended Washington Jr. High School and went on to attend Joliet Central High School where he graduated in 1998. During this time, he participated in band. He recalls band director Ted Lega emphasizing consistency and instilling a sense of discipline into his students that he still cherishes to this day.

Aaron pursued higher education at Joliet Junior College where he studied culinary arts and discovered his passion for the food industry. He also participated in training for ComEd in hopes of becoming a substation operator.
When asked what advice he would give to students, Sain says, “Believe in yourself and let your intuition guide you.” He also believes that, “the more you sweat in silence, the less you bleed in war.”
