Seven JTHS student entries were selected as winners of the 2020 Three Rivers Education Partnership (TREP) Safety Competition.

Seven Joliet Township High School student entries were selected as winners of the 2020 Three Rivers Education Partnership (TREP) Safety Competition, in which TREP member high school students create a poster that illustrates recognizing and eliminating safety hazards.
Erika Templeton of Joliet West High School was the Second Place Prize Winner, awarded $100. Joliet West students Madelyn Sarata, Emily Eartly, Wendy Guzman, Maria Tapia and Makayla Kincaide, as well as Joliet Central High School student Cassandra Pina, were selected as Finalists and will each receive $50.
Each year, the Three Rivers Manufacturers’ Association (TRMA) hangs entries in their facility, as do nearly all of the sponsors. The 2020 TREP Safety Competition was made possible by the generous support of AuxSable Liquid Products, Bunge Loders Croklaan, Caterpillar, CITGO Lemont Refinery, ExxonMobil, Heritage Environmental, INEOS Styrolution, Insulation Concepts Inc., JM Printers, Joliet Junior College, Manhattan Mechanical Services, Meade, NRG Energy, and Reichhold.
