JOLIET, IL — A unique takeout and sit-down restaurant in downtown Joliet, K Ribs BBQ is now temporarily closed, but not for lack of business, remarked owner Dillon Kim. On Tuesday, Kim told Joliet Patch that he needs to hire five or six "high quality employees."

Kim said he's not just going to hire anybody off the street. So, until his kitchen staff can increase, he's keeping K Ribs BBQ temporarily shut down. "The restaurant is getting busier and busier," he said.

He said that if he hired a half dozen people who didn't have a strong work ethic, "it will be a disaster, especially in the cooking skills.
