Korean BBQ Ribs Restaurant Nears Opening

JOLIET, IL - Last month, Joliet Patch brought you an exclusive story about a new Korean Ribs sit-down restaurant that is opening on Chicago Street just south of the Joliet Junior College culinary arts campus in downtown Joliet. This week, building contractors are going to town on the future site of K Ribs & BBQ. Workers are getting the new restaurant ready to open for business this summer.

The new restaurant will be a first-of-its kind for downtown Joliet. It's located less than two blocks up the street from the Rialto Square Theatre.

Patch will update this story in the coming weeks once we get closer to the grand opening event, which has not been announced yet.
