JOLIET, IL — If you saw a large presence of Joliet police cars at the east side McDonald's at dinner time Saturday, the officers weren't here grabbing a Big Mac and fries. They were responding to a disturbance involving 26-year-old Bolingbrook resident Chase Perry, according to police.

Perry was hauled away in handcuffs and taken to the Will County Jail where he remained on Monday awaiting his bail hearing. Perry is being charged with aggravated battery to a security officer and criminal trespass to land.

Saturday's incident happened around 5:45 p.m. at 508 East Cass St.
