Man Bites Woman, Pulls Her Hair, Smacks Her: Joliet Police
Jose Cabrera, 23, was taken to Silver Cross Hospital by a Joliet Fire Department ambulance due to his level of intoxication, police said.

JOLIET, IL — A 23-year-old Joliet man from the city's east side is no longer in the Will County Jail in connection with allegations that Jose Cabrera attacked a woman he knows, hitting her in the head, pulling her hair and biting her arm.
The incident happened Sunday, around 9:30 a.m. at Cabrera's residence, in the 600 block of Richards Street. Joliet police hauled him away in handcuffs, arresting him on charges of domestic battery, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence and obstructing an officer.
"During an argument, Cabrera struck the victim in the head, pulled her hair, and bit her arm," Joliet police spokesman Dwayne English announced.
