Man Looking to Buy $20 Hooker Instead Beaten, Robbed & Kicked out of St. Pat's Apartment: Cops
The man was beaten after a dispute with a prostitute and two of her male companions over breaking a $100 bill, police said.

A man trying to buy a $20 prostitute was beaten and robbed when he asked her and two of her male companions to break a $100 bill for him, police said.
After he was roughed up and tossed out of an apartment at 22 N. Cagwin Ave., the ill-treated trick ran into some police officers running a roadside safety check a couple blocks away at the corner of Center and Jefferson Streets, police said. After hearing the man’s tale of woe, the officers went to the apartment and arrested the prostitute and her two pals.
The man reportedly picked up prostitute Kirsten Welch, 31, of 406 W. Marion St. shortly before midnight Saturday and brought her to the Cagwin Avenue apartment. Welch has four prior prostitution arrests in Will County and was convicted in three of the cases.

Two men were at the Cagwin Avenue apartment when Welch and her customer arrived, police said.
The deal was for Welch to have sex with the man for $20, police said, but the john claimed to have only a $100 bill. When he asked for change, the two men—Leon Milsap, 48, of 3514 Tyler Drive and Jerome Cobbs, 33, a resident of the apartment, beat him up, took his wallet, $175 cash and his cell phone, and threw him out into the street, police said.
