Man Stabbed With Kitchen Utensil: Joliet Police Make Arrest
Monday's stabbing happened around 12:40 a.m. in the 400 block of East Cass Street.

JOLIET, IL — A 19-year-old Joliet woman who listed her address as the MorningStar Mission is now in the Will County Jail after Joliet police say Taylor Reeves stabbed a man with a kitchen fork around 12:40 a.m. Monday.
Reeves was taken away in handcuffs. She's being charged with aggravated battery, domestic battery and obstructing a peace officer.

- Joliet squad cars were sent to the 400 block of East Cass Street for a stabbing.
- Officers learned that during an argument, Reeves has stabbed a man with a fork, causing superficial wounds.
- When police tried to take Reeves into custody, she attempted to pull away but was placed into custody without further incident.
- Officers learned Reeves had cut her finger during the altercation, so she was taken to Ascension St Joseph Medical Center by the Joliet Fire Department for treatment of her injury.
- After her release from the hospital, Reeves was brought to the Joliet Police Department for processing and then to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
