Joliet police arrested Twin Oaks apartment resident Jody Lee Burwell, 53, on two counts of domestic battery.

JOLIET, IL — A 53-year-old renter at the Twin Oaks apartments was arrested Monday morning after Joliet police say he erupted in anger, attacking a woman inside his apartment the previous night, hitting her in the ear with a Christmas tree he threw at her.
