Minooka Tragedy: Funeral GoFundMe For Baby James

The family of a 3-week-old baby boy who Minooka Police say was killed last week at the hands of his 18-year-old father, Nicholas Fecarota, is now seeking help in defraying the costs to bury their child. The family of the slain baby established a GoFundMe called Baby Thomas James Cingle Memorial. The fund-raising goal was set at $2,000, and it has already raised $3,820 from 75 people in just one day.

"My brother, Martin Cingle, and his wife Sophia are preparing to lay their sweet grandbaby, Thomas Leon James Cingle, to rest at just 3 weeks old. Such a tragic loss of innocent life," the GoFund Me reads.

The account also goes on to explain how "my heart is breaking for my niece Martina (James' mother), my brother and his family, and I know that they would be grateful for any help you wish to give to help them cover these expenses during the worst situation as parents/grandparents."
