This Joliet man faces serious criminal charges, charges that aren't common, though.

JOLIET, IL - A number of people who live around Will County and beyond are now being housed on South Chicago Street at the large county government building for prisoners. Here's your look at some of the newest inmates and the criminal charges they are facing.

MARK A. SCHULTZ, 56, Homer Glen, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Police on charges of drunken driving and DUI 0.08 or greater.

BILLY BAILEY, 42, 2800 block of Richmond Street, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on three charges of defrauding a financial institution and one charge of organizing a financial crime enterprise.

LEMELVIN COUNSELL, 21, Braidwood, arrested by Braidwood Police on a temporary police hold out of Cook County.

MATTHEW I. GONZALEZ, 18, 300 block of East Washington Street, Joliet, arrested by Romeoville Police on charges of being unlicensed, uninsured and failing to report an accident with injury.

JEVIEL SHAW, 18, 1300 block of Cutter, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on charges of unlawful restraint, intimidation and domestic battery involving bodily harm.
