Mugshot Mondays: Will County Jail Feb. 18

The charges here may surprise you.

JOLIET, IL - The following people ended up in the Will County Jail this past weekend and some of the new inmates may remain in custody for a while. Of note, the Joliet Police Department was especially busy, making several of the arrests we've chosen to highlight below.

Cardell McTizic, 48, 1200 block of Cambria Drive, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on one charge of domestic battery and two charges of resisting the arrest.

Cefor Anderson the fourth, 30, 600 block of Francis Street, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on a parole violation from IDOC and aggravated domestic battery.

Glenn Cooley, 30, 400 block of South Des Plaines Street, Joliet, arrested by Crest Hill Police on charges from last October, last July and last September of: retail theft, two counts of domestic battery, driving on a suspended license, driving uninsured and disorderly conduct and a temporary police hold for DuPage County.

Andrew Arroyo, 29, West Park Lane, Plainfield, arrested by Plainfield Police on domestic battery charges.

Ron Forlano, 52, Geneva, IL, arrested by Joliet Police on charges of aggravated battery, criminal damage to property, resisting arrest and criminal damage to government property.

Antonio Lozano-Jimenez, 19, 1200 block of Massachusetts Avenue, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on two charges of possession of controlled substances and one charge of driving on a suspended license.
