IRA COUCH, 30, 1400 block of North Raynor Avenue, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police for aggravated fleeing from the police, driving during revocation and three traffic infractions.

MANUEL GALVAN, 58, 1200 block of Oregon Street, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI/0.08 and improper lane use.

JOSE GOMEZ, 44, Chicago, arrested by Illinois State Police on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI, driving never issued license and driving with no insurance.
