New Joliet Restaurant Opening: Los 2 Carnales Authentic Mexican Food

JOLIET, IL — Just one month after the owners of Joliet's El Primo No. 2 announced that they were closing their restaurant at 700 Ruby St. to focus on their downtown location at 457 N. Scott St., the former Stefanich's Restaurant, there is good news on the horizon for the Ruby Street corridor.

Permanent signs as well as banner signs are now displayed at 700 Ruby Street letting everyone know that Los 2 Carnales Authentic Mexican Food is coming soon.

Joliet Patch visited the property on Monday afternoon, but no one was there. Check back in the coming days for more information on the new sit-down restaurant's menu, hours and days of operation, as well as when the official grand opening will take place.
