JOLIET, IL — A popular West Chicago family style Mexican seafood restaurant that features live entertainment is now close to opening another restaurant on Joliet's Black Road.

Next Wednesday, Joliet Mayor Bob O'Dekirk and the city's liquor commissioners will review the Class E liquor license application for Mariscos El Vallartazo. The Joliet City Council has the final vote on the application.
