"We're not going to sell chicken wings, no ribs, because they are high cholesterol and fatty salts, but we increase the more healthy. There's smoothies, juices and a lot of different organic drinks."

The restaurant features a kiosk where customers who walk in the door are asked to place their order, rather than go to the front counter.

Yura Nuna is now open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. It's closed on Monday and Sunday. The restaurant phone is 779-242-1151.
