JOLIET, IL — The following people were taken into custody by police departments around Will County over the weekend.

Kevin Leroy, 48, 500 block of North Hickory Street, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice.

Christian Santiago, 29, Grady Drive, Bolingbrook, arrested by Bolingbrook Police on 15 criminal charges. The key charges include: resisting arrest, driving under the influence of alcohol/BAC 0.08, leaving the scene, failing to give information/render aid, aggravated DUI/no valid license.

Sam Westferro, 31, 700 block of South Weber Road, Romeoville, arrested by New Lenox Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting the arrest and operating an uninsured automobile.
