New Will County's Jail Blotter

JOLIET, IL - It's Thursday and that means it's time for a brand new edition of the Will County Jail blotter. The following people are becoming adjusted to their new surroundings.

PHILIP HANNON, 36, 1400 block of Sehring Street, Joliet, arrested by Elwood Police on charges of aggravating fleeing the police, drunken driving and DUI 0.08 or higher.

BRYAN JEAN-JACQUES, 29, 2300 block of White Birch Lane, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on charges of aggravated battery at a public place and domestic battery.

FRANK WROBEL, 33, Lockport, arrested by Lockport Police on charges of domestic battery.

RICHARD LEE WITCHER, 18, Country Club Hills, arrested by Mokena Police on charges of burglary.

EDWARD SANTIAGO, 26, Chicago, arrested by Lockport Police on charges of possessing controlled substances with intent to deliver.

ZACHARY ROGERS, 36, Manteno, arrested by Peotone Police on charges of domestic battery.

GREGORY RATLIFF, 29, Roscoe, Illinois, arrested by Joliet Police on a temporary hold for the Illinois Department of Corrections, plus unlawful use of a weapon, resisting arrest, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, retail theft, armed violence/discharging a weapon and driving on a suspended license.

CRAIG POPERNIK, 32, Lockport, arrested by Illinois State Police District 5 on charges of manufacturing more than 15 but less than 200 pills of ecstasy.

KHALID MOHAMED, 18, Chicago, arrested by Bolingbrook Police on charges of possessing marijuana between 100 and 500 grams.
